LFSANA was established in October 2007 pursuant to Directive #4 of the action items issued at the conclusion of the 2007 Annual Lebanese Forces North American convention in East Brunswick, New Jersey on the 28-30 September 2007 (to read it click here)

The purpose of LFSANA is to connect Lebanese Forces supporters who are students or recent graduates from a college or university in the United States or Canada, and organize them through college and university chapters that meet regularly.

If you are an LF supporter and a student or recent graduate in North America, please join our facebook group and introduce yourself on the wall.

By doing so, LF students within your school or geographic area will become aware of you and of each other and will connect with you to set up an LF school chapter.

In the past, the Lebanese Forces fought and sacrificed thousands of martyrs in defense of a free and powerful Christian community in Lebanon in the face of forces who wanted, at best, to transform the Christian community into second class citizens like they are in the rest of the Arab world.

Today, the Lebanese Forces, along with its allies, is fighting politically to prevent the return of Syrian hegemony over Lebanon after the Syrian army was forced to withdraw from Lebanon in 2005 as a result of the Cedar Revolution.

In order to succeed, the Lebanese Forces needs the support of the free world and especially members of the Lebanese Christian community living abroad.

PLEASE INVITE FELLOW LF STUDENTS IN NORTH AMERICA TO JOIN THE LFSANA FACEBOOK GROUP

The growth and success of the Lebanese Forces in North America, and the success of our cause in Lebanon, depends on YOU!!

The meaning of our logo:

1) The lower case delta represents our belonging to a larger organization, the Lebanese Forces, that adopted the Capital Delta as its logo.

2) The end of the delta in the upper right represents students and academia. It is shaped as a fountain pen.

3) The cedar surrounded by the red circular portion of the delta resembles the official flag of the Lebanese Forces.

4) The small opening in the circular portion of the delta represents the openness of LFSANA to any student who share with us our principles and our goals.
